LEGAL
Terms & Conditions
LAST UPDATED — 13 AUGUST 2026
Draft for review. This is placeholder wording for the pre-launch teaser site. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the entity details still need confirming. Have it checked before SlashFlow takes on customers or handles client data.
1. Who we are
This website at slashflow.com.au (the site) is operated by SlashTech Australia Pty Ltd (we, us, our), part of Slash Group. You can reach us at hello@slashflow.com.au.
2. Accepting these terms
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. We may update these terms at any time by publishing a revised version on this page, and the “last updated” date above will change accordingly.
3. This is a pre-launch site
SlashFlow is not yet generally available. The site describes a product that is still in development, and nothing on it is an offer, a commitment, or a contract to supply anything. In particular:
- Features, pricing, timing, and availability described on the site are indicative and may change or be withdrawn without notice.
- Any dates we mention — including any reveal or launch window — are targets, not promises.
- Registering interest does not reserve a place, create an account, or entitle you to access.
When SlashFlow becomes available, its use will be governed by a separate subscription or services agreement, not by these terms.
4. Registering your interest
If you give us your email address, you agree that it is either your own address or one you are authorised to use, and that we may contact you about the SlashFlow launch. You can ask us to remove you at any time by emailing hello@slashflow.com.au or by using the unsubscribe link in any message we send. How we handle your address is set out in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaches an applicable law, or that interferes with its normal operation or security;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any system or network connected to it;
- submit another person’s details without their permission, or submit false or misleading information; or
- scrape, copy, or reproduce the site or its contents for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the site — including the SlashFlow and Slash Group names, logos, wordmarks, text, layout, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
7. Third-party links
The site links to third-party websites, including theslashgroup.com. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. No warranties
We provide the site on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the site will be available without interruption, free of errors, or free of harmful components, and we exclude all implied warranties.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by law — including the Australian Consumer Law — that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business, arising out of your use of the site, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to AUD 100.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle personal information, and forms part of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and of any court that may hear appeals from those courts.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can go to hello@slashflow.com.au.
